Cooking Tips:
Bring the steak to room temperature before cooking.
Season generously with salt and freshly ground pepper.
For best results, sear on high heat for 2–3 minutes each side, then finish in the oven at 180°C until your preferred doneness.
Rest the meat for 5–10 minutes before slicing — this helps the juices redistribute and keeps it tender.
