Kaka Print
The sociable Kākā can be found throughout New Zealand, and are closely related to the Kea. Their amusing antics and raucous voice led Māori to refer to them as chattering and gossiping. Kākā have brown and green feathers, with brilliant flashes of orange and scarlet under their wings. Ana Lee Bergius is an artist living and working in the Catlins, New Zealand. Inspiration is drawn from her natural surroundings as well as her Maori/European heritage.
