Mouth breathing can lead to dry mouth, interrupted sleep, a disrupted oral microbiome, and impact dental health. Mouth breathing means air bypasses the nose's natural filtration and humidification processes, potentially resulting in lower oxygen intake. Whereas nasal breathing utilises your well-equipped nasal passages to filter out dust and allergens, as well as humidifying and warming inhaled air to the appropriate temperature for comfortable passage to the lungs. Nasal breathing supports diaphragmatic breathing and oxygen exchange within the lungs. It also supports the release of nitric oxide from the nasal passages and the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) function. Ingredients
Non woven material, elastomer, medical pressure sensitive adhesive, release paper (moulding).
