What is Flytefoam?

FF™ is softer and lighter than previous rubber used. It is a cushioning foam material with excellent bounce. It absorbs high shock levels for long-distance runs and may provide some protection against ankle, shin, and knee injuries.

Asics Litetruss “arch" support to help prevent the foot from over-rolling inwards upon ground impact.
