Tasting Notes: Ripe pineapple, lemon blossom and subtle vanilla; lush, rounded and generous with a hint of butterscotch on the finish. With subtle complexity, almond, citrus and white peach aromas are underpinned by a ‘mineral’ crushed gravel note. The palate is seamless with rich mid-palate texture from lees contact and refreshing, fine acidity that leaves a long-lasting, impressive finish.

A satin creamy texture touches the palate first with a firm acid line for freshness and fine tannins from wood adding texture and length. A touch of butterscotch adds accents to the flavours. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from late 2023 through 2028.
