Manuka Gin

Our a seasonal offering and it is back in stock! Summer produced fragrant, locally foraged manuka, which was combined with just four other botanicals. Rusty Halo lets the manuka shine with a big bold nose to draw you in and a smooth finish on the palate.

The base spirit is made exclusively from barley from the Canterbury Plains, and we are proud to produce this gin from scratch. It is triple distilled before adding the botanicals.
