- 7mm pen mandrel

- Pen Blank: Minimum Size - 1-1/8” to 1-1/4” x 3-1/4” L (for barrel) 5/8” x 1”L (for plunger) Preparing the Blanks Barrel:
- Cut the 1-1/8” x 3/4” blank to the length of the chrome grinder tube (add 1/16” for trimming). Drill a 9/16” hole through the center of blank.
