Protein packed overnight oats take 30 seconds to make, contain all the good stuff to keep you going & taste so delicious, you'll never want to skip breakfast again.
Simply add your favourite milk, refrigerate overnight, then grab and go.

z==Add 1/2 cup of Protein Oats to a bowl or container.
Add 1/2—3/4cup of milk depending on how thick you like it.
Add your favourite toppings (if any).
Mix well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Grab & go in the morning OR heat in the microwave for a warming breakfast.
You can also have them as baked oats or blended with more liquid as a smoothie.
