Elasticated upper bag straps

Fits Pro Rider golf trolley elasticated upper bag straps. As the picture shows these come as a pair with two sides of the catch. They are easily fitted by way of a screwdriver to take off an on the screw and bolt holding them in place to the upper bag support.
