Ripe stone fruit, apple and citrus flavours are balanced with good acidity. Wine making:

Barrel fermented in 11 year old 500L oak barrels for 10 months, with full malolactic fermentation, to give a textural, creamy element to the wine. We carefully grow and handpick our organic Sauvignon Blanc grapes on our sunny vineyard in Waipara, North Canterbury. Our winemakers use minimal intervention in the wine-making process to allow the fruit and terroir to fully express itself. We use natural wild yeasts to ferment our wine, with minimal sulphites at bottling. This wine is vegan. Further notes:
