Pétillant Naturel is an ancestral method of wine making, the wine is bottled and capped while it is still fermenting creating a sparkling wine. Our Pet Nat is mostly Sauvignon Blanc with a little Pinot Gris, fermented dry and disgorged, though some sediment may remain. Further Notes:
