A vibrant Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling Rosé with fresh strawberry notes, juicy berry flavors, and a light body. Its bright acidity and gentle effervescence create a crisp, refreshing finish. Wine making:

Our winemakers use minimal intervention in the wine-making process to allow the fruit and terroir to fully express itself. We use natural wild yeasts to ferment our wine, with minimal sulphites at bottling.
This wine had a stainless steel fermentation and was pressed quickly. We used beautiful handpicked Pinot Noir from our Waipara Vineyard blended with a base of Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling Further notes:
