.00 Tasting Notes:

Made with ripe clean Sauvignon Blanc grapes from our Waipara Vineyard. This wine has fresh vibrant fruit notes, green apple and honey. A textural wine with crisp acidity and a long finish Wine Making:

A split (or mix) fermentation with 600L fermented in 11 year old oak barrels, 600L in stainless steel and 200L of skin contact. These different fermentations were then blended in our chosen quantities for this delicious wine.
