Our locally grown Basil (Ocimum basilicum) is ideal to sprinkle on spreads, salads, soups, sauces, meats and vegetables. Basil contains notable amounts of Vitamin K, which is essential for blood clotting and bone health. It also provides smaller amounts of other essential vitamins, including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and various B vitamins like thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), and folate (B9).

Freeze drying retains the colour, flavour, aroma and 97% of the nutritional value of food. No additives, no preservatives - just pure freeze dried herb.
