Our locally grown Thyme leaf and flower (Thymus vulgaris ) is ideal to sprinkle on spreads, salads, soups, sauces, meats and vegetables. Thyme contains good amounts of Vitamins A, C and B-complex, as well as minerals like calcium, potassium, iron and magnesium.
