We are excited to launch the first product in our Freeze-Dried range - - an intensely flavoured, powerful blend of pure, unrefined Marlborough Sea Salt and freeze-dried, locally grown Garlic and Parsley.
Freeze drying retains the colour, flavour and 97% of the nutritional value of food; and removing the water content from the garlic intensifies the flavour. No additives, no preservatives.
This salt is perfect for meat, fish, veges and my favourite - tomatoes on toast!
