Standard fit, true to size. Designed to be comfortable and not tight fitting.

Accessibility note: The blouse fastens with shell buttons from neck to hem. The relaxed fit does mean you could leave most buttons fastened and just unfasten the top few to slip over your head. The cuffs are fastened with shell buttons. These should not need to be unfastened to slip on, though if you need to push your sleeves up they would need to be unfastened.
