Variegated Chain of Hearts

The highly sought after Variegated Chain of Hearts ( Ceropegia woodii ), is a delicate trailing plant that can grow up to 90cm long. Its sweet heart-shaped leaves are a mix of green centers with creamy pink outer edges and hints of deep purple toning on the underside.

Comes in a 12cm plastic grow pot and looks great in any of our cover pots (sold separately and available to add on below).

Care:

- Habitat: Prefers warmer temperatures and can grow in dry conditions. Trim leaves regularly to increase volume, or let strands grow long for a trailing effect.
- Light: Prefers indirect light.
- Water: Watering once a month is plenty.
