The has been designed to give you one-handed access to life-saving haemorrhage control items. In the front sleeve, you can fit a Tourniquet, 4" pressure dressing, packing gauze and a pair of gloves in an easily accessible removable insert.
In the rear compartment, you can carry first aid items with less immediate need like painkillers or sticking plasters and if you like to travel light you can use it to carry other important stuff like a headlamp, protein bar, lighter.

You can mount it to any PALS/MOLLE compatible platform via the weave straps or thread it onto your belt via the integrated belt loops. The hi-vis lining on the rear compartment makes finding loose items easy and the paracord pull handle has been fitted to avoid snagging everything in the bush. You can remove the insert with either hand

The rear compartment measures 15cm wide x 11cm tall x 4cm deep, the front sleeve can expand to fit all the contents listed above (the insert should not be overfilled to ensure ease of extraction) and a laser cut visible cross is displayed on the front to aid in recognition.
