The calla lily gets its name from the Greek word for beautiful. In Greek myth the calla lily was created by Hera, Zeus's wife, with milk droplets that had fallen to the ground. At the same time she scattered droplets across the sky, creating the milky way. All solid gold pieces are made to order over 3 - 5 weeks, except during the Christmas holiday period.
