Tasting Notes: Candied lime, dried flowers, honeysuckle and a hint of straw lift from the glass. The palate is bright and pure, with balanced acidity and fine phenolics, supported by a gentle weight from lees ageing. A focused, quietly expressive Riesling that leans into freshness and easy drinkability.

Winemaking: Directly pressed Riesling on gross lees in tank for 4 months.
