Tasting Notes: An aromatic white blend showcasing vibrant tropical and citrus notes with a burst of mangosteen, pineapple and ginger. Textural mouth-feel with a bright line of acidity and phenolic drive, cleansing the palate and keeping it fresh.
Winemaking: Direct pressed Pinot Gris (66%), direct pressed Sauvignon Blanc (21%) and direct pressed Riesling (13%) were fermented separately and aged in a mixture of old puncheons and stainless steel before being blended.
