Cirrus Chardonnay 2023

Tasting Notes: Confectionary citrus, grapefruit pith and ripe apple open to apricot crumble and desiccated coconut. Broad and textural yet finely balanced, Cirrus glides with weight and generosity before a savoury, refreshing close.
Winemaking: Whole-bunch pressed fruit was settled overnight, then fermented naturally in French puncheons, 16% of which were new. The wine remained on lees for 10 months before being racked to stainless steel for an additional 6 months’ maturation, then bottled unfined and unfiltered.
