01 June - More than a Brownie

 

The focus on this class is how to take a simple traditional recipe and give it a complete makeover. You will learn the art of decorating and how to use agar-agar to create a fruit jelly without the use of gelatin. Chef Sonia will show you how to create a simple dessert slab at home with just a simple square or rectangle mould and how to perfectly cut them into individual portions.
