Kugelhopf
Traditional Alsatian cake with a soft, brioche-like texture, gently sweetened and studded with rum-soaked raisins and almonds. Baked to golden perfection, then drenched in a homemade syrup infused with vanilla, orange peel, rum and almond then lightly dusted with powdered sugar. A spread of butter on top makes it even more indulgent! Best consumed within 2-3 days. Serves 10-16
