KAWATIRI Kit

The Kawatiri kit is a simple, versatile campervan conversion designed for easy weekends away. It’s our rear-bed layout for wide-body vans like the Toyota Hiace Commuter, which allows you to convert it into a practical 2 berth campervan with a relaxed living space by day and a comfortable sleeping setup at night.

With two full-length benches running down either side and a removable table in the middle, the layout offers flexibility and space. The benches can be used as two single beds (185cm x 61cm each) or quickly converted into a generous double bed (185cm x 173cm). The open design maximises under-bench storage for gear and essentials, while the central table is ideal for meals, work, or card games on rainy days.

Built to green warrant self-containment standards, the Kawatiri kit is compatible with the Black Moa fixed toilet. It works with both single and dual sliding door vans, and comes without floor panels so you can finish your van interior your way.
