How to use
- To activate, fold the pad in half until you feel a break (depending on the positioning of the contents, you may find it easier to squeeze the contents until you feel a pop).
- Give the contents a squeeze to distribute it evenly within the pad & remove the exterior sleeve.
- Remove the adhesive strip and secure the pad to your underpants. Made from
