Château Baulac Dodijos is situated in the commune of Barsac, in the heart of the prestigious Sauternes appellation. The vineyard covers 10 hectares of land planted in clay-limestone soils which provide optimum growing conditions for our 40 years old vines.

Situated in the heart of Sauternes, the vignerons are harnessing the power of botrytis to make a wine with power, sweetness and elegance. Notes of candied lemon, honey and mango, with a deep golden colour.
