A true Bay of Islands gin distilled in the traditional London Dry style - prominent juniper forward with citrus and hints of spice.

Our Black Collar Gin makes an indulgent, multidimensional G&T. Serve with premium tonic and a slice of grapefruit for the true Black Collar Gin experience.

We use mainly organic botanicals for our gin which are carefully sourced from all regions of the world. The botanicals are macerated in a high proof neutral spirit made from sugarcane prior to distilling in our state of the art pot still.

Once distilled, we proof our gin with pure water and allow to rest. This resting period allows the flavours to marry together and create that unique Black Collar Gin taste.
