Made entirely from two clones of Syrah (Chave and Hermitage) grown on our Waiheke estate. This is now a mature , mellow wine that is one of our favourites, as (unusually for a Rosé) it has some cellar age on the clock. It has a strawberry fragrance on the nose with a smooth mouthfeel and subtle vanilla, strawberry, amoretto and spice on the palate – drinking beautifully now.

Our ‘superwhite’ blend a wine of ‘substance’. Barrel Fermented Chardonnay and Pinot Gris, Waiheke Sauvignon Blanc and our famous Viognier. A fruit explosion with layers of flavor to discover.

Aromatic, supple cabernet franc with sweet plum, floral, red rose, liquorice, spice and classy oak flavours. An impressive red that can certainly be appreciated now but should develop well with bottle age.

The 2022 Thomas Estate Merlot Malbec is an inky-purple wine with garnet hues. The wine displays aromas and flavours of Black Doris plum, black cherry, Blackberry, licorice and dried herbs. The mouthfeel is smooth and generous, the tannins are supple and dense.Cellaring potential 2022 to 2032.
