Our tasty Koroneiki & Frantoio olives are hand-picked to produce this delicious well balanced olive oil. This seasons oil has fresh herb, green floral aromas with warm spicy notes. The aroma is very well balanced.

The aroma transfers well to the palate with a good level of ripe olive fruitiness and complexity, with flavours of salad leaves & rocket.

It is smooth, almost creamy, with a black peppery pungency and a lingering and moreish finish.
