Poderi Crisci Arneis 2021, Waiheke

A rich, full nose full of white flowers and some ripe gooseberries, with a flinty, gravelly character. Lots of citrus on the palate, with grapefruit domineering, but also mandarin and limes. Soft and very full, showing lots of interest, very complex with a good drive and very long finish. The minerality lingers for minutes. A rich but dry wine that works exceptionally well with seafood dishes.
