Summer Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Summer Bay wine comes from the Mount Riley family winery.

"Moderate yields, warm summer temperatures and settled harvest weather conditions made for a happy winemaking team and some outstanding flavor in our Sauvignon Blanc fruit. The grapes were harvested in perfect condition from multiple vineyard sites throughout the Wairau and Awatere Valley’s.
Our grapes were crushed and destemmed prior to pressing and fermentation was induced by the introduction of carefully selected yeast strains. We fermented this wine in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve the lifted aromatics of the wine".
