A perfect marriage between an award winning Marlborough gin and organic Marlborough pinot noir wine.

As a base, we’ve distilled a classic juniper forward London Dry gin supported by signature Roots botanicals of juniper, coriander, grapefruit, hops and native kawakawa alongside the aromatic angelica and orris roots. TASTING NOTES:

When sipping, Roots ‘Rosso’ is a rich and unctuous off-dry spirit, tasting of ripe strawberries and warming spice reminiscent of a sweet vermouth with a bold pinot noir nose of dark fruit and rich iris flowers. GIN BOTANICALS:
