Silver Wing Tawny Port NV

Pinot Noir based, fortified with Brandy. Blend of 2013 and 2017 barrel. Bottled in 2019.

Off-sweet. Addictive smell of smokiness, cinnamon, aniseed. Maple Syrup, Toffee, chocolate and stewed black fruit on the palate. Grippy tannin with a suede leathery mouthful and a long lengthy finish.

Good match with walnuts and aged cheeses.
