Te Motu Dunleavy ‘Onetangi Nouveau' Chilled Red 2024

Hand-harvested early in the morning while the fruit was still cool, this blend combines two portions: one cold-soaked on skins for 5 days, while a second portion undergoes a Beaujolais Nouveau-style carbonic maceration for 3 weeks as whole bunches.

The result is an electric mix of Merlot and Malbec, gorgeously light, fresh, and bursting with red fruit flavours.
