Replace your filter every 3 months or 200 litres — whichever comes first. Signs it's time:

- Flow rate has noticeably reduced
- 3 months have passed since last replacement

Changing takes less than a minute. Remove the old filter from the lid, rinse under cold water, press the new filter firmly into place, and you're ready to go. New filters need a short activation — squeeze the bottle gently 2–3 times to pull water through before drinking.

Tip: Stock up before heading to Southeast Asia — replacement filters may be hard to find on the road.
