Horn sounding a little weak, or failed altogether? While a weak sounding horn is just embarrassing, a non-functional horn is a WOF failure item, and a safety issue.

Your Porsche has what are called fanfare horns, two horns; one low, and one high frequency which work together. If one fails, the horn will sound a bit strangled.

These genuine replacements are the latest version, and as such require an adapter cable (Factory Product Code: 996.612.947.00) for each horn.
