Air Oil Separator (AOS) boot/bellows - 996.1 Carrera 2/4, 986 Boxster

Replacement bellows (or boot) for the air oil separator - these perish over time, and a leaky bellows will cause rough running (and a messy engine bay). Definitley worth replacing when you undertake an AOS replacement too.
