Marsden Jade Fishhook Wayne Costar Jade Carver

This Fishhook is carved from a lovely New Zealand jade from the Marsden area with colour changes through yellow into the patterned green body giving a striking contrast.

A contemporary style of a traditional form with a modified traditional lashing on top.

Altogether a unique piece of stone has formed a unique and beautiful Hei Matau.

The piece is 8.4cm long and 4cm at it’s widest point.

The cord has a double sliding knot so is adjustable.
