Barley Warming Wrap

A handmade heat pack made with organic New Zealand grown barley with a removable, washable natural fabric outer. Apply over areas of pain, tension or discomfort.

Directions Heat for 30 seconds to one minute in a microwave, or for 5-10 minutes in a preheated oven at 150 degrees celsius. Place a small cup of water beside the pack while heating to help retain moisture.

Inner Calico, Outer Linen, filling Organic barley.
