Hunter Forage brassica is a very fast-growing leafy turnip specifically bred as a livestock forage feed it develops very little root. Hunter is best suited to autumn or summer grazing rather than winter. A key feature of Hunter is its fast recovery from grazing continuing to yield in the 2nd, 3rd and potentially 4th re-growth cycle. Hunter has a potential yield of 10-12 tonnes of DM per hectare.
