honey is well known as the bread-and-butter of honey production in Aotearoa. Lightly coloured with a delicate flavor. Our local organic farmer grows paddocks of clover and our bees just love it. Tip -swap for sugar in any of your baking recipes. 1/3 cup of honey = 1 cup of sugar.
