This full-bodied whisky is slowly matured over 18 years in sherry casks to produce a rich and mature autumn fruit palate with dark chocolate overtones and a long, spicy, smooth finish. Suntory The Yamazaki Single Malt Whisky Aged 18 Years is an excellent example of Japanese whisky, being extremely smooth, yet with great complexity and deepness. A shortage of sherry cask aged stocks including the Yamazaki 18, means this legendary whisky is in very limited supply.
