This is a gem of a Daiginjo-style sake, made by selecting and junmai-brewing the most vigorously fermented unrefined sake, and then storing and aging it using our proprietary sterilization technology.
The sake is brewed with 35% polished Yamadanishiki, with pure and intense ginjo aroma. Fruitiness and soft sweetness spread on the palate with pleasant and lingering aftertaste.
