Tasting Notes

A beautiful pale gold in the glass. Exceptionally expressive, revealing layers of roasted almonds, hazelnuts, candied citrus, and a touch of vanilla butter over warm toasted bread.

On the palate, it is round and rich, with a soft, enveloping texture. The balance is refined—fresh yet indulgent—with an intensely long finish. Notes of wood, buttered toast, smoke, and vanilla linger, elevated by a hint of gentle bitterness and subtle spices.

Pairing

An excellent choice for an aperitif or to accompany tapas.
