- The Chablis vineyard is an island of isolated vines in the northern part of Burgundy, halfway between Dijon and Paris. The Chablis of the House of Louis LATOUR is the very expression of what the noble Chardonnay is capable of giving when grown on the limestone-covered hills of the Kimmeridgian. The wines are very aromatic, lively, clean and mineral with a crisp finish. Vinification & Ageing
