Base ingredients: Certified organic brown rice syrup, non-palm vegetable glycerine, spring water, citric acid, and ethanol (5%)

Contains no added:

Sugar, soy, gluten, yeast, dairy, and
no artificial flavours, colours, preservatives, or sweeteners.

Recommended dosage:

Adult: 15 ml - max dose: 15 ml 2 x daily
Child(2-12): 5 ml - max dose: 3 x daily
Recovery/extra boost: 15 ml, 2 x daily
Daily support: 15 ml daily, neat or in hot/cold water (dilute to taste, up to 1:10)
