Active ingredients in each 5 ml dose:

^ Elderberries (Sambucus nigra) T.E fresh berries 1.25g

Ginger root (Zingiber officinale) T.E fresh root 250mg

^ Mānuka (Leptospermum scoparium) T.E fresh leaf 50mg

°Dried Ginger (Zingiber officinale) T.E fresh root 10mg

°Certified Organic, ^ Wild Harvested, T.E (Tincture Equivalent)

Base ingredients:

Organic raw apple cider vinegar and Otago honey

Contains no added:

Sugar, gluten, corn, soy, yeast, dairy, and no artificial flavours, colours, preservatives or sweeteners.

Recommended dosage

Adult: Dilute 10 ml with up to 10 parts of hot or cold water

Child: Dilute 5 ml with up to 10 parts of hot or cold water

Take neat as a ‘wellness shot’

If unwell increase to 5 ml – 10 ml every 3-4 hours

Max dose - 5 x daily dose
