Merino/Possum/Nylon 4ply

Merino blended with nylon & Possum, processed in Christchurch.

A light, bulky woollen spun yarn perfect for sock knitting.

The fur we use is hand plucked from possums which are trapped in the South Island of New Zealand. We only use the back fur as this is the more superior fibre.

Composition: 60% Merino / 20% Possum fur / 20% Nylon

4ply 3 fold Woollen spun yarn

Weight: 100g approximately

Needle Size: 2.75-3.25mm

Tension: 28 stitches x 36 rows per 10cm

Length: 390m per skein

Wash ability: Gentle hand wash as this is non superwash treated yarn.
